OX appears to be in trouble this Tuesday. Anyone trying to access Twitter may encounter an error message, especially when accessing via the browser. Apparently, the cell phone application on Elon Musk’s platform was not affected.
Reports began to appear on Twitter itself and on rival networks, such as Bluesky. Furthermore, as usual, the Downdetector website — which monitors the functioning of web pages — indicates that a spike in records about the failure as of 10:30 am (Brasília time) today. Those affected by the failure may see a welcome message from the social network, as if they were logging in for the first time after creating a new account.
Officially, the platform has not yet commented on the problems on any of its various official profiles.

This Tuesday’s problems on X include the inability to access the network via the browser and also problems loading pages for those who can. However, the outage does not appear to be general, as many people (including the FreeGameGuide newsroom) are able to use the site normally.
As X/Twitter has not yet officially commented on the case, there is no way of knowing the extent of the situation. On the platform itself, some people joked about the fact that the network was on a collision course with Brazilian justice, as if today’s problems were the result of an order banning the site here.

Since the application version is operational and the website itself is not having problems for everyone, there is no logic to this suspicion. Furthermore, if there were any banning orders, they would be widely publicized by the courts.
