This It issO we are truly free if, among many other things, we can be selfIt isnational, independent, responsiveThepossible, if we allow ourselves to feel, think and act free from conditioning.
The truth It is that although we sometimes believe that we are free, how many times do we live internally in a dictatorship, dictated by everything that society, the familytherelia or others expect from usOs? In these circumstancesTheour freedom is restricted and, more often than not, we wishtherelove, we ended up failing to make decisionsOIt is in agreement with our interior, with what we want, so that we can start making decisionsOand in accordance with the expectations that others place on usOs.
In light of all this, It is essential that each of usOJust reflect consciously and actively on how you can do it, or don’tThethe being free. In all Theareas thatTheo feel free, we must eatwar to work on our self-knowledge, the discovery of our interests, our values, to start from thethere, discover who we are and what we want. sO After this discovery we can desire and seek to achievewair our internal freedom and be faithfulIt isis inside us.
