According to the Civil Police, so far, the pistol and 12-gauge shotgun used in the crime have not been found.

According to the law, Carrying permitted weapons without registration can lead to a sentence of two to four years in prison. If one CAC is caught carrying an unregistered weaponshaved, handcrafted or acquired by any illicit means, you may get a penalty of three to six years, and a fine.

The cattle rancher and her doctor son entered a house where there were eight people, during lunch, on Sunday (21), in Peixoto de Azevedoand killed Pilson Pereira da Silva, aged 69, and Rui Luiz Bogo, aged 81. Ines’ husband, Marcio Ferreira Gonçalves, and her brother-in-law, Eder Gonçalves Rodrigues, are also suspected of involvement in the crime.

Márcio underwent a custody hearing and was sent to the Alta Floresta Public Prison, 800 km from Cuiabá. The brother-in-law was presented at a hearing and had a request to convert the arrest from flagrant to preventive. This representation will still be analyzed.

Inês and her son Bruno Gemilaki Dal Poz, aged 28, underwent a custody hearing late this Wednesday afternoon (24). Both remain in prison.

In the images, it is possible to see the family carrying weapons in their hands. Upon entering the house’s backyard, Ines took off his shoes. Moment later, she shot one of the windows, bent down and continued entering the residence.

According to the delegate responsible for the case, Anna Marien, Ines is a livestock farmer, and the son is a doctor, and works in an Emergency Care Unit (UPA) in the municipality.

Marcio Ferreira is also suspected of involvement in the murders. According to police, he was waiting outside the house to help the suspects escape.

The defense of those investigated did not comment on the case.

Mother and son are suspected of killing elderly people

Images from two security cameras show that at least eight people were in the house, when the woman came in shooting. The son went to the backyard and also fired shots. Ines, who appears in a blue blouse, had a pistol, and Bruno, in white, had a 12-gauge shotgun.

In another part of the video, mother and son appeared running away, carrying firearms.

For the police, who are still investigating the case, the suspicion is that the motivation for the crime is a commercial disagreement involving rent payments for the invaded house.
