Deathbed confession solves case without progress since 2000, and police find two bodies

An American from West Virginia (USA) confessed on his deathbed to having killed a woman and her 10-year-old daughter, bringing closure to a case that had not progressed since 2000. Larry said he fought with Susan, who lived in his house with his daughter, over money and shot her. He said his money was missing and that he believed Susan had taken it and spent it, Raleigh County District Attorney Ben Hatfield said.

“After killing them both, he stored the bodies in the basement of the house, where he cried himself to sleep that night. And then, over the next two nights, he dug a shallow grave in the woods on his property,” Hatfield added, according to with Fox News.
