The actress Susana Vieiraaged 81, opened his heart in his autobiography, “Lady of my destiny”, and gave details of how she discovered her ex-husband’s betrayal Marcelo Silva. In the published excerpt, the veteran reports that she discovered her partner’s jumping from the fence in the newspapers and claimed to have lived the worst days of her life.
“I’ve always been aware that love lasts as long as it has to last. At the same time, when I’m in love, I always think I’m going to live with that person my whole life! I can’t start a love relationship thinking it will only last two years. I woke up one day with a betrayal reported in the newspapers: ‘Susana Vieira’s husband has had a lover for months’. A huge betrayal, with photos, with proof. At the same time, I threw Marcelo out of the house, and he went to live with his lover. in a hotel in Barra”, she recalled in her autobiography.
In another part of the book, Susana Vieira says that she was ridiculed by the press because of the age difference between them – she was 66 years old and Marcelo was 35 (at the time), in addition to being blamed by part of the public and journalists for the former police officer’s overdose death.
“What offended and hurt me the most was the press turning against me. That was the most absurd, abject, prejudiced thing I’ve ever seen. He was the one who had an overdose that led to his death. He was the one who had a lover. And I’m the one who becomes irresponsible for having married for love? They said: ‘How come you didn’t see this before?’ to happen”, she reported.
