Anderson Leonardo even recorded the song ‘Canto do Urubu’ Playback/X
Clube de Regatas do Flamengo published an official note on its social networks mourning the death of singer Anderson Leonardo, lead singer of the pagode group Molejo. Anderson, who had been hospitalized since April 22, died this Friday (26), aged 51.
The musician, responsible for hits such as “child’s play”, “trap” and “broom dance”, had been hospitalized since March 24th treating inguinal cancer (in the groin area). In the official note published by the team, of which Anderson was a fan, the Flamengo team regrets the musician’s death and highlights that he “was always proud of his passion for Flamengo” and also recalls that the musician even recorded the “Canção do Urubu” , composed by Altay Veloso and Paulo César Feital, in homage to the history of Flamengo. In addition to the red-black team from Rio, Anderson’s colleagues in the group Molejo also paid tribute to the musician on their social networks.
