Neighbors heard shouting during the murder of a man stabbed to death in Estrela do Sul

Residents of the Estrela do Sul neighborhood, close to where Blayon, 22, was stabbed to death during a family party, tell us about the early hours of Sunday (28), which turned into a huge nightmare. “I just saw people running from here to here and shouting as usual. I saw a vuco vuco and a woman calling the ambulance”, says the 57-year-old trader, who preferred not to identify herself, quite scared.

Despite not having witnessed the scene, another resident close to the place where the crime occurred complains that the area is complicated. “It is very dangerous here, both in the place where the man died and in the neighborhood square, where two people were shot in March this year”, recalls the 69-year-old man.

Like him, a 70-year-old retired man said that it has been difficult to get around the neighborhood for a long time and it has become an unsafe place. “I didn’t get to see it, but it’s very difficult, every day we see motorcyclist messes here. The neighborhood is dangerous”, he complains.

Hours after the crime, the CGM (Metropolitan Civil Guard) found the knife used in the crime by the perpetrator. The weapon was seized and handed over to the Civil Police for examination. In front of the residence where the boy was executed, it is possible to see blood marks and traces of the crime.

The crime

A man, identified as Blayon, aged 22, was stabbed to death during a family party at Conjunto Residencial Estrela do Sul, in Campo Grande, in the early hours of this Sunday (28). The suspect of committing the crime – a 29-year-old woman – was arrested red-handed.

According to the police report, witnesses told the PM (Military Police) that a family celebration was taking place there, when a woman arrived at the party and started drinking. She was only known to one of the family members.

At one point, she felt jealous of another woman with a man and began attacking and arguing with her. The attacked woman told the facts to her sister, who went to get information and was also attacked, at which point she tried to restrain those involved.

With that, the suspect took a knife and stabbed Blayon twice in the chest. After the stabbing, the woman fled and family members called Samu (Mobile Emergency Care Service), the Fire Department and the PM.

However, the family did not wait for help to arrive and preferred to take the victim in a car to UPA (Emergency Care Unit) Coronel Antonino. In the unit, the man was unresponsive and it was found that he had a puncture wound in the chest area. He could not resist the wounds and died.

The suspect – who had fled shortly after the crime – was found nearby with injuries to her face and complaining of headaches. She received first aid from firefighters and was arrested in the act, being taken to Depac Cepol.

A team from the GCM (Metropolitan Civil Guard) was also at the scene and found the knife used in the crime.

At the police station, the military reported that they responded to an incident nearby, where a religious center operates. At the scene, a woman reportedly arrived upset saying that she stabbed a man. There is no information whether this would be the same woman arrested for the murder and the Civil Police must investigate the case.
