Milwaukee Bucks forward Khris Middleton had a remarkable 42-point night Friday in a 121-118 Game 3 overtime loss to the Indiana Pacers in the first round of the NBA playoffs.

He may need to have a better night Sunday for the Bucks to win Game 4 and even the series at 2-2 — and he’ll need some offensive help from unlikely sources.

Both Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) and Damian Lillard (Achilles) won’t play Sunday night in Indianapolis, so the Bucks are going to need more help off the bench — but Bucks reserves scored only six points in Game 3.

Oddmakers apparently don’t have confidence that the Bucks can score with the Pacers, since the over/under for Game 4 is seven points less than Game 3 and Indiana is favored by more than 10 points with Milwaukee being shorthanded.
