Concentrix Corporation, a technology and services specialist, operating as Concentrix + Webhelp, announced the transition to the Concentrix name, continuing the brand’s evolution.

According to the press release, the name Concentrix was inspired by the concept of concentric circles, “reflecting the company’s objective of keeping its employees and customers always at the center, a notion that is still as important today as when the name has been established.”

In this way, the new visual identity represents the technology and transformative solutions that Concentrix offers to boost the brands of the future, explains the communication.

The rebranding aims to reinforce “the constant commitment to consolidate a comprehensive portfolio with unique capabilities”.

Thus, with a variety of generative AI solutions, digital resources and services, the company considers that “it has never been so well positioned to provide fully integrated solutions, quickly and that allow scaling different types of businesses”, it highlights in a statement.

“With this rebranding, we solidify our position as a leading human-focused technology and services company, supported by technology and intelligence,” said Chris Caldwell, President and CEO of Concentrix.

And he continues: “whether it’s implementing irreverent experiences for brands, creating and scaling AI technologies or managing digital operations, we provide different, fully integrated solutions that solve our clients’ most difficult business challenges.”

Currently, Concentrix has more than 2,000 customers, which it supports when solving business challenges, having already operated in more than 70 markets.
