AcroGymnastics again achieves the Gold Mention at Gym For Life Nacional

Albigym’s AcroGymnastics class once again achieved the Gold Mention at the Gym For Life Nacional, which took place in Odivelas.

This is a national Gymnastics For All competition in which the participating classes present their choreographies, being observed and evaluated by a group of personalities from the world of gymnastics, invited by the Portuguese Gymnastics Federation. The event took place in two categories; gymnastics with equipment, gymnastics and dance in small groups (class made up of between 6 and 20 gymnasts); and gymnastics with equipment and gymnastics and dance in large groups (class made up of 21 gymnasts). Participating groups are evaluated according to a set of criteria, explains the Castelo Branco club. All groups are classified into three mentions: gold, silver or bronze.

Thus, in addition to the gold mention from AcroGymnastics, Albigym won the Silver mention with the AcroBelieve Class and Bronze mentions with the AcroDream Class and the AcroCreative class.

The Albicastrense club participated in other competitions in recent weeks, in various locations across the country.

In the National Double MiniTrampoline and Tumbling Championship, which took place in Loulé, the gymnasts participated in the 1st division and base division, which qualified in the territorial division. The Castelo Branco gymnasts competed in Tumbling in the Base division, recording six Top 16 finishes.

At the National Acrobatic Championship of the 1st and 2nd Division, in Cascais, the gymnasts participated in acrobatic pairs/groups of the 2nd division that achieved territorial qualification, reaching six Top 16.

And in the V José Maria Gaspar Tournament, in Benavente, aimed at acrobatic levels, base division, 1st and 2nd division, participants participated in acrobatic pairs/groups. Albigym got its Top 20.
