UA 38-year-old man was detained by the Public Security Police (PSP), on Wednesday, for disobedience, in Vila Nova de Famalicão.
In a statement sent to newsrooms, the PSP clarifies that the man had a road accident and that he later refused to undergo an alcohol test.
In the note, the force clarifies that the driver was “informed by the Police that such conduct would incur a crime of disobedience”. Still, “he continued to maintain the same attitude.”
He ended up being arrested and subsequently notified to appear at the Vila Nova de Famalicão Judicial Court.
