In an interval of less than four hours, two accidents involving vehicles crashing into public lighting poles made life difficult for drivers traveling through the North Zone of Juiz de Fora.
In the second incident, the public lighting equipment completely closed Rua Coronel Vidal, close to the Cerâmica football field, towards the Center.
As a result, the Ramirez Gonzalez Viaduct was closed, and traffic was diverted along Rua Olavo Bilac. Cemig reported that a team was urgently sent to the scene shortly after the accident.
There is no information about what caused the accident and whether there were any injuries.

Earlier, around 2pm, a bus crashed into a pole on Avenida Brasil, also near Bairro Cerâmica, between the Bus Terminal and the Ramirez Gonzalez Viaduct.

With the accident, high and medium voltage wires were spread across the avenueand the Fire Department was called to help isolate the area.
A 27-year-old passenger fell inside the bus, suffered minor injuries and needed to be rescued by EMS.
According to Cemig, initially 170 customers received electricity. According to the company, the work is expected to be completed by 8pm this Thursday (2). Until then, around 10 customers would remain without electricity.
There are no details about what caused this accident. O g1 contacted the Via JF Consortium and is awaiting a response.
