Madonna performs a free show today, May 4, on Copacabana beach, in Rio de Janeiro. The singer, known as the queen of pop, estimates that the performance will be the biggest ever in her more than 40-year career.

Madonna’s show in Brazil will be the last of her The Celebration Tour, which began on October 14, at The O2 Arena in London, England. The event must be broadcast on TV Globo.

As the singer reported on her website, the free show is a way of thanking her fans for celebrating more than four decades of her music throughout the epic global tour.
