The price of a 15kg arroba of live cattle began this Tuesday (7) with a drop of 0.02% and the product is traded at R$ 233.75 in the state of São Paulo.

As for a kilo of frozen chicken, there was an increase of 0.42% in the price and the product is sold at R$7.14. The kilo of chilled chicken rose 0.28% and the value reached R$ 7.27. For both products, the reference regions are Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.

Special pork carcasses showed an increase of 1.28% in price, with the product sold for R$ 9.50, in wholesalers in Greater São Paulo. For a kilo of live pigs, there is an upward trend in prices in all states analyzed by Cepea. In Minas Gerais, for example, there was a jump of 2.73% and the commodity is traded at R$6.78. In Santa Catarina, the increase was 1.75%, with the product traded at R$5.82.
