“I think Vinicius is fine,” said Ancelotti at a press conference this Friday (10). “The final is missing [da Champions League] and then the Copa America, but I think he’s very close. I believe that if it ends well [a temporada]you can win”, he highlighted.
“I had only seen Vinicius on TV before arriving here, but I knew he had a spectacular talent. And when I arrived I saw that through this much he has been able to improve many things. Quality to unmark, to finish in front of goal. And he does this with spectacular daily work, always focused on training and recovery. He is a very serious professional and deserves what he has achieved.”
Then, Carlo Ancelotti, who was even speculated to be coach of the Brazilian team, stated that Brazil is lucky to have Vinicius Jr. and the other pieces it has in the offensive sector.
“Brazil is lucky to have these players, and not just them. Mainly in attack, Brazil has a lot of variety, spectacular and young players. Brazil’s problem is different, but it’s certainly not the attack.”
