Actor Kevin Bacon amused his fans and followers on social media by sharing a video that shows his family recreating the scene of his brutal death in the classic ‘Friday the 13th’ (1980).

The video shows the 65-year-old star acting out a scare when he was surprised by his wife and children with the same harpoon that resulted in his character’s death in the 1980 film.

The video features the actor’s wife, actress Kyra Sedgwick, and their two children, Travis (35 years old) and Sosie (32 years old). Watch:

“It’s time, Daddy’s taking his daily nap,” Sedgwick tells his kids. Then they go to the couch where Bacon is sleeping and place the harpoon on the actor.

Bacon wakes up screaming and tells his family, “Not funny, guys. Not funny.” Then his son consoles him: “Relax, it’s Thursday”.
