Militiaman Major Ronald monitored Marielle Franco and chose the day and place of the murder

New details of the murder of councilor Marielle Franco and her driver, Anderson Gomes, indicate that militiaman Ronald Paulo de Alves Pereira, known as “Manor Ronald”, was the one who defined the day and place of the crime.

According to the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), Ronald discovered where Marielle would be on the night of March 14, 2018, through the publicity of an event on the councilor’s social media.

At the time, Marielle was leaving Casa das Pretas, when she was cornered and attacked by Ronie Lessa, the gunman hired by Major Ronald through Edmilson “Macalé”.

This Thursday (9), Ronald and Domingos’ advisor, Robson Calixto Fonseca, known as “Peixe”, had their arrest ordered. The militiaman was already arrested for other crimes.
