Stock market today: see the performance of Ibovespa and the dollar today and the reasons for asset price variations

After the stress caused by the non-unanimous interest rate decision of the Monetary Policy Committee (Copom) of the Central Bank (BC), the Ibovespa advances in the first deals this Friday, while investors analyze the IPCA for the month of April, which came with an opening benign, and the earnings season for the first quarter of the year, well received so far by investors.

At around 10:35 am, the Ibovespa rose 0.53%, to 128,864 pointswith an intraday maximum of 129,021 points and a minimum of 128,141 points.

Already the dollar operated down 0.15% against the real, at R$ 5.1335. Abroad, the DXY, the global dollar index, fell 0.03%, to 105.19.

What moves the stock market today

The projected trading volume for the index on the day was R$30.72 billion. Abroad, the S&P 500 rose 0.34%, to 5,231 points, Dow Jones had gains of 0.31%, to 39,510 points, and Nasdaq advanced 0.33%, to 16,403 points.

Among the biggest fluctuations of the day, Alpargatas PN rose 9.44%, Allos ON had gains of 4.32% and Rumo ON advanced 3.62%, while Locaweb ON had losses of 3.90% after recording the biggest increase of the session yesterday.
