Taiwan was shaken by a new magnitude 5.8 earthquake this Friday (10). The tremor was felt in buildings in the capital Taipei and areas on the east coast. There are no reports of injuries.
According to the meteorological administration, the epicenter of the tremor was located in Hualien County, at a depth of 10 kilometers.
The last recorded earthquake in the country occurred on April 22. Before that, on April 3, a tremor left more than 800 injured and 50 missing.
