Instagram is having problems this Monday (1). According to user reports, the social network does not allow comments and publications and displays a warning that the platform has restricted some activities. According to Downdetector, a portal that monitors the functioning of online services, the problem began at around 3:13 pm and reached a peak of more than 700 complaints at 4:19 pm.
