After the tragic death of a teacher in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, in the southwest of France, on the 22nd of February, here is yet another moment that moved the country. Agnès Lassalle’s husband honored his wife during her funeral, which took place on Friday, by dedicating one last dance to her.
The moment was recorded on video. In the images, Stéphane Voirin dances a waltz as if he were next to her and then a group of people who were accompanying the ceremony joined him and also started dancing.
What happened moved everyone present, as well as internet users, who considered the tribute “moving”, “exciting” and of “so much beauty”.
Remember that the Spanish teacher, Agnès Lassalle, was 54 years old and died on February 22 after being stabbed by a student in her classroom in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, southwest France. The assailant is 16 years old and has been arrested.
