The governor of Belgorod, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said that the drones hit vehicles transporting workers from an agro-industrial company.
“Six people died on the spot due to injuries sustained and 35 were injured, according to preliminary data,” Gladkov wrote on the Telegram platform.
The incident occurred near the village of Beriozovka in Borisovsky district, he added.
According to Belgorod authorities, all victims work at the Agro-Belogorie company, which specializes in the production of pork products.
