CASACOR Minas has a new address. In 2024, the 29th Edition of the Minas Gerais architecture, interior design and landscaping exhibition will take place at Espaço 365, a project by Construtora EPO, scheduled to take place between July 6th and August 25th.
Espaço 365 is located on the banks of BR-365, shortly after BH Shopping. The complex for the exhibition has more than 15 thousand m², in addition to parking, open spaces, rooftop with views of the city and Serra do Rola Moça, space kids and for sports practices.
Under the theme “From the present, the Now”, which inspires reflection on how today’s attitudes are a legacy for the next generations, CASACOR Minas 2024 will be responsible for holding the official inauguration of the complex. Espaço 365 has undergone recent renovations based on the work of recognized professionals in the segment, such as architects Alexandre Nagazawa and Isabela Vecci, and landscaper Felipe Fontes.
With the action, the exhibition aims to continue one of its traditions: revealing the city’s spaces and buildings to the public, presenting new formats of use and interaction with the city. Since its creation, CASACOR has been received at the headquarters of the Public Archives of Minas Gerais, the Casa do Conde de Santa Marinha, the Casarão da Rede Ferroviária Federal, Palácio das Mangabeiras, Casa Ferolla, in addition to other commercial and residential properties.
