Passenger complains and Ryanair responds in a… controversial way

-

A Ryanair has accumulated yet another controversial response, to say the least, to a passenger complaint on social media. This is already a common practice of the ‘low-cost’ airline, who bets on managing her Twitter account… ‘out of the box’, that is, more sarcastic, with humor in the mix.

This time, a passenger published a photograph inside a Ryanair plane, showing the little space he had for his legs, with the description: “I’m only 1.70 meters tall.”

Sharing the passenger’s post on Twitter, the company responded: “Are you going to update your Tinder (dating app) profile then?”

The response drew comments… divided. A user asked: “How is this a real company?”, to which Ryanair simply replied: “Because planes.”

The airline drew attention again on Thursday, when a user complained of being seated in a seat without a window.

“‘Window Place’ is figurative speech. And a different price, probably”, said the passenger. Ryanair wasted no time and responded with a screenshot of its application, where it is clear, in advance, that the place where the user is sitting has no window. “There is no extra fee to read”, the airline still joked.
