A trying to lose weight? Nutritionist Ana Cláudia Fernandes argued, in a post made on the social network Instagram, that there are “seven very important pieces of information” that you should take into account in the weight loss process.

two- Weight loss is a gradual process and takes time;
3- Yes, you will really have to change some of your eating habits;
4- There is no one who can do this for you. The commitment has to come from you;
5- Comparisons get you nowhere;
6- You should not define the period of time in which you want to lose ‘x’ kilos;
7- Enjoy the change.
