Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
4 cups of hot water
6 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Salt and cinnamon
Preparation method:
1- Mix condensed milk with water in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs until light and creamy. Add a little of the milk mixture before combining everything.
two- Add the vanilla and salt. Place the cream in a dish. Bake in the oven in a bain-marie for an hour and a half.
3- Remove from the oven and let cool before sprinkling with cinnamon.
