FEasy, this red fruit crumble recipe promises to delight everyone. The recipe was shared by nutritionist Mariana Abecasis.

Ingredients
2-3 cups of oat flakes
1-2 cups of almond vegetable drink or low-fat milk
Cinnamon powder (to taste)
Natural or frozen wild fruits
Sweetener or fruit puree (optional)
Preparation method:
1- In a glass tray, pour the oat flakes until they cover the entire bottom.
two- Add the vegetable drink or reader.
3- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4- If you wish, add sweetener or fruit puree on top.
5- Top with the berries.
6- Bake for around 25 to 30 minutes at 200ºC.
