QWhen the end of the day arrives and you’re hungry, you really have to resist eating sweets, as well as other (even) less healthy foods. Why? They can ‘take away’ your sleep. So ideally, you should eat ones that are “rich in sleep-inducing minerals and amino acids like magnesium and tryptophan,” explains Woman & Home.
“They work by helping to control other hormones in the body that can interrupt sleep or make it easier,” he adds. So, before going to bed, consult the list and write down the suggestions.
