O breakfast may have already passed, but a mid-morning snack is something you may already want. How about some banana, oat and cinnamon muffins? The recipe is from the EatingWell website.

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups of oats
1 cup of wheat flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 crushed bananas
2/3 cup of milk
1/3 cup of oil
1/4 cup of honey
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation method:
1- Combine the oats with the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mix the banana with the milk, honey, eggs and vanilla. Beat for one minute.
two– Add the two mixtures and beat once more. Place the dough into small molds. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.
