Glintt has called a general meeting of shareholders for May 23, in which it will vote on the proposal for the application of results, which foresees the distribution of three million euros in dividends.

According to the information sent to the Securities Market Commission (CMVM), shareholders will deliberate on the proposal to apply the 2023 results, which reached 4,899,101 euros.

The technology’s management proposes that, of this amount, three million euros be distributed in dividends, 244,955 euros be transferred to the legal reserve and the remaining 1,654,146 euros remain under the heading retained earnings from previous years.

This proposed distribution of profits from last year’s financial year “will involve the payment of a gross dividend of 0.034497 euros per share”, highlights the company led by Luís Cocco.

The agenda also includes the attribution of a vote of praise and confidence to the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of Glintt.

On the table will also be a proposal from Farminveste so that the maximum annual value for issuing bonds and other amounts representing debt is set at 40 million euros.

The company’s board will also propose changing its corporate name. The former ParaRede, after changing its name to Glintt, now aims to be renamed Glintt Global.

“The Board of Directors of Glintt – Global Intelligent Technologies, SA, proposes changing the company’s current corporate name to Glintt Global, SA”, it states in another statement released with the CMVM.
