UA document sent by Meta to the US Securities and Exchange Commission states that, in 2023, the average annual salary of workers was 379 thousand dollars – which is equivalent to 354 thousand euros.
It is worth remembering that Meta has around 67 thousand employees and, as this is an average value, it is natural that there will be considerable variation in salaries depending on the role. This means that, although some workers receive a lower annual amount, others will certainly earn much more at the end of the year.
Business Insider says that this average annual salary is substantially higher than what is usually seen in the world of technology, with most jobs in the area going up to an average of 120 thousand dollars (112 thousand euros) annually.
