A 43-year-old man was identified and charged with beating César Augusto Miranda da Silva, 28, to death in Praia Grande, on the coast of São Paulo. The car and the mechanical jack used to hit the victim were seized. The Civil Police explained, in a note, that expert examinations and a report from the Legal Medical Institute (IML) are being prepared to assist the investigations, which continue.
