1- Keep your head elevated
“It helps prevent blood and bacteria from accumulating in the mouth,” says Mary Jo Sandberg.
2- Rinse with salt water
“It works to ensure the mouth is free of food.”
3- Cold compresses
“Keep the compress on for 10 to 15 minutes”, reveals Alice Hoang.
4- Clove
“They have natural analgesic and antibacterial properties.”
5- Garlic
“Crush the garlic and apply it to the infected area”, says Mary Jo Sandberg.
6- Rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide
“It helps reduce inflammation and relieve pain.”
