Raul Gil’s son, popularly known as Raulzinho, spoke for the first time about the time change of his father’s program on SBT. Also director of the attraction, he denied that he considered the change bad and went so far as to say that it had been his request due to an unusual strategy to attract an audience.

In the channel Let’s cheeron YouTube, where Raulzinho do alongside Regis Tadeu, he spoke about the subject. “The Raul Gil program is now at noon. Sometimes, someone might say ‘ah, but it’s not on here in my region’. There has been a change and Raul Gil is on in some regions”, he began .

It was at this moment that the presenter’s son opened up and revealed how the negotiation to occupy the new time slot went. “It’s interesting that I say this because I saw this a lot on the internet: ‘Raul Gil was demoted’. When senior management said, ‘Raul, we have a schedule, but it’s local, from noon to two’, I said ‘it’s mine’“.

Raulzinho explained that he wanted the new track strategically. Man, this time is great, people are at home, there are more opportunities. But are there fewer televisions on? Of course, there is less. But analyze with me, my biggest competition, my biggest rival are those who are disconnected, not those who are connected. I have the possibility of taking 70% of the disconnected ones and bringing something to be connected and you increase the connected ones”.

It was at this point that Régis Tadeu took the opportunity to criticize social media users. “This Raul Gil thing is a typical example of what you have on social media today: experts on nothing. The guy doesn’t understand anything and keeps giving his opinion without any basis.”

Apparently Raul Gil doesn’t agree with his son. Although he did not mention the time change, the presenter made an indirect outburst on this Saturday’s program (16).
