Kate Middleton, 42 years old, has been on everyone’s lips and not for the best reasons. It all started with the news that the Princess of Wales had undergone abdominal surgery, apparently simple and planned, in January of this year. According to a statement from Kensington Palace, Kate would not take up duties until the beginning of Easter.

The Princess of Wales was hospitalized for a few days at a clinic, The London Clinic, and had the daily support of her husband William.

Rumors soon emerged when the royal family remained silent about the princess’s health and Kate’s absence from public events. The British royal house therefore ended up issuing an “urgent statement” stating that the princess was fine. However, the reason for the surgery remained unrevealed, with everything remaining confidential.

Without being seen since the English royal family’s Christmas ceremony, Kate was expected to appear to the public at Easter. But the British Ministry of Defense, cited by the magazine Hello, reported that William’s wife will only appear publicly again on June 8, during ‘Trooping the Color’. Controversial photography

On March 10, Kate issued the first message of thanks for the support received over the last two months. With her three children, Prince George, 10, Louis, 5, and Princess Charlotte, 8, Kate looked healthy and smiling.

“Thank you for your wishes and continued support over the past two months,” Kate wrote in an Instagram message. “I wish everyone a Happy Mother’s Day,” she said.

But what was supposed to be a simple photograph to silence conspiracy theories quickly became a real headache for the royal family. Kate was accused of editing the photograph published on social media. On Mother’s Day, celebrated on March 10 in the United Kingdom, several media outlets removed the image from circulation because it had apparently been edited. Illness haunts Kate
Crohn’s disease was one of the first diseases to be commented on by Spanish specialists. Crohn’s disease is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease that causes inflammation of the digestive tract, which can be painful, debilitating and sometimes even life-threatening.

The latest information about Kate’s health status was given by American journalist Jessica Reed Kraus. According to her, the princess underwent externalization of a portion of her large intestine through the abdominal wall. Known as a colostomy, feces are eliminated through the small intestine, directly connected to an intestinal sac.

“Kate had a colostomy and needs a bag to relieve herself. Recovery takes at least 12 weeks. The Palace, not wanting to embarrass her, opted for basic explanations, but together with the photograph manipulated in Photoshop, created chaos”, revealed Jessica Reed Kraus.

The colostomy fuels the theory that the princess is fighting cancer. This surgical intervention is also performed in cases of ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease.

Access to the princess’s clinical record
Curiosity about the princess’s health led an employee at The London Clinic, where Kate was admitted, to try to access the princess’s clinical file.

According to a source cited by TheMirror“this is a major security breach and incredibly damaging to the hospital, given its unblemished reputation for treating members of the royal family. Senior bosses at the hospital contacted Kensington Palace immediately after the incident was brought to their attention and assured the palace that there would be a full investigation. The entire medical team was completely shocked and disturbed by the allegations and was very hurt that a trusted colleague could have been responsible for such a breach of trust and ethics.”

Regarding the allegations, the clinic did not comment. He simply said that “patients, regardless of their status, deserve complete privacy and confidentiality regarding their medical information.” Kensington Palace stated that the matter should be handled by the clinic, and an investigation was therefore opened.

Kate appearances
According to the North American website TMZ, Kate was seen for the first time, after surgery, wearing sunglasses in a car with her mother, Carole Middleton. Allegedly, the photographs were taken near Windsor Castle, although the information has not been officially confirmed.

More recently, on March 16, Kate Middleton was seen at The Windsor Farm Shop, a type of supermarket, accompanied by William, according to the MailOnline. According to the same source, Kate appeared to be “happy, healthy and relaxed.”

Marriage crisis
Kate’s illness is joined by the theory of a new woman in William’s life. Rose Hanbury is named as the prince’s lover, rumors fueled by the fact that William refuses to wear a wedding ring, a detail that William justifies by not liking to wear jewelry.

William’s alleged new passion is a member of the English aristocracy and with whom it was suggested that the prince had started an extramarital relationship in 2019.
