The action states that, within the couple’s property portfolio, one of them was intended for Leandrinho should be sold for R$5 million so that the athlete could have the amount of R$3.4 million to pay what he owed to Samara. It was also a condition that the actress left the aforementioned property 30 days after completing the deal, otherwise any depredation would come out of her pocket and, of course, she would have to start paying rent to her ex-husband, since he was left as owner of the enterprise.

More recently, following the actress’ allegations of financial violence and scam, the former basketball player released a statement saying that his ex-wife’s accusations “do not correspond to reality”. “During these years of the process, Ms. Samara forgot to mention in her post that she had received two properties that I owned in the city of São Paulo, properties that come close to and even exceed the values ​​of the apartment she owned that she sold at the time , that is, the allegation that he never received any compensation is unfounded.”
