With one of the best careers in cinema, Tom Hanks has an incredible filmography. However, he does not want to be remembered for this role.

Over his more than 40-year career, Tom Hanks starred in some of the best films in the history of cinema – “Forrest Gump” (1994), “Cast Away” (2000), “The Waiting for a Miracle” (1999), “ Saving Private Ryan” (1998), “The Terminal” (2004), “Philadelphia” (1994), “Captain Philips” (2013), “Big” (1988), among many others.
He won two Oscars, in the Best Leading Actor category, for “Forrest Gump” and “Philadelphia”.
BUT THERE IS A ROLE YOU REGRET DOING

THE COMEDY I WOULD LIKE NOT TO HAVE MADE
In an interview at Mythical Kitchen, Tom Hanks revealed his biggest career regrets. For the American actor, all the works had meaning and a lot of effort – “each of these films is made with the greatest faith imaginable. Everyone worked hard.” But he ended up choosing “The Love Boat” (1980) as the project that doesn’t like to be remembered. The well-known television series was on the air for 10 years and Tom Hanks participated in an episode of the fourth season.
It is worth remembering the possible next work of the American actor. According to producer Gary Goetzman, in an interview with Carly Lane, from ColliderApple TV+ is interested in a film about the Second World War. He also adds that the technological giant wants something in the same vein as “Mission Greyhound”, written and produced by Tom Hanks.
Within his impressive filmography, the actor participated in some of the best war films – “Greyhound” (2020), “Saving Private Ryan” (1998) and “Bridge of Spies” (2015).
