Presenter awaits response from the Supreme Court.

Since February 2023, Leonor Poeiras has been fighting in court against TVI, the station where she worked for 17 years and from which she was suddenly dismissed, a situation that left her indignant. The presenter demands that the Queluz de Baixo station pay her 1 million and 286 thousand euros in compensation.
This Wednesday, May 1st, Labor Day, the communicator took to social media to vent. “On this day, I remember my sentence in the Labor Law case, against TVI. The Dr. Judge considered that my 17 years of exclusive work for the channel did not constitute labor subordination and that, therefore, I was merely a contributor“began by writing Leonor Poeiras on the social network X, formerly Twitter.
But he didn’t stop there and, in the comments box, he said that he is still waiting for the Superior Court’s decision, appearing optimistic. “The relationship confirmed this sentence. We are now awaiting the Supreme Court’s response. Encouraging predictions? No, right?… I would say no, but as the appeal is so well founded, I confess that I still have hope”.
