2024 is the year of Margarida Corceiro. In addition to almost returning to TVI, in the summer season of “Morangos com Açúcar”, she has two projects in the pipeline: the Portuguese film “Hotel Amor” and the Spanish series “Citas Barcelona”. The Portuguese actress is part of the cast of the second season of this Prime Video series, and the streaming platform has already released the first images.

In them, it is possible to see Margarida Corceiro with the character’s look, wavy hair and youthful clothes, and also in a more intimate scene with another actor. Similar to what happened in the first three seasons (the series started on the Catalan channel TV3 and only later moved to Prime Video), “Citas Barcelona” tells the stories of people who have their first romantic encounter after meeting online.

“Throughout the season, the characters mix and intertwine, crossing some of the stories and giving an elegant, natural and fun look at current couples’ relationships, their diversity and complexity”, can be read in a statement from the streaming platform. The new season of “Citas Barcelona”, with no release date yet, will have six episodes and will be produced by Filmax, Citas La Serie, AIE, with the participation of Prime Video and 3Cat.

At 21 years old, Margarida Corceiro now has renewed reasons to be a topic across borders after, this week, being in the news due to Lando Norris’ victory in the Miami Grand Prix. The actress and digital influencer has been linked to the Formula 1 driver, with whom she has been seen several times, although neither has confirmed the relationship.
