Catarina Miranda reveals that she almost gave up on joining Big Brother “because of a competitor”

On the afternoon of Wednesday, May 8, ‘Big’ asked the competitors to share a magical moment with the group.

“So, Big, my magical moment here, unfortunately, I won’t be able to share with them. However, another one of my magical moments was the entire first week. I never remember in my life my stomach hurting as much as it did in the first week. I’m very sad because this reminds me of something that I unfortunately can’t talk about”, he began by saying Catarina Miranda.

Excited, the competitor revealed: “Before joining Big Brother, the day before, I was about to give up and not come. Because of a competitor who is here in this house. And I have a very large structure out there that allows me to also make this type of game. And they really, really believe what I tell them. And when I said I wanted to give up, the first thing they said to me was ‘So, but now you’re not going to give up? Like this?’ And I was like: ‘Well, look, I’m going to go and see what happens. And then you’ll see, even if I leave in the first week, I spoke to my boss and said: ‘Look, even if they leave, I already have a flight booked and everything’. I already lost the money for the flight. But I think I will, I think I’m almost sure and I’ll do everything I can to earn I don’t know how many times the money for that flight. And the first week, I never remember in my entire life my stomach hurting so much from laughing as it did in this house. I hurt as if I had done abdominal exercise and my stomach was sore.”

“Another magical moment I had here was the first gala. Because even though everyone thought I came with the game studied, I had nothing, nothing thought out, because I didn’t know who the people I was going to meet here were, what the dynamics of the house were going to be like. I can’t say much about other carnivals, but the first week was very special. And the first gala. I remember that I always dreamed of getting on Big Brother and I always said that one day I would get on Big Brother. And I remember perfectly, at the first gala, I thought like this: ‘I was really born for this, I was really made to be in Big Brother, after all, the people around me were right’ (…)”, added the chef.
