Held last Friday, 26th, the II Diversity Colloquium and the official opening of the Edval Carvalho Diversity Festival. The event, designed by the Advisor for Public Policies aimed at the LGBT Population, André Lacerda, was attended by municipal and state authorities and the coordinator of the State LGBTI+ Reference Center Thina Rodrigues, Samilla Marques. Two highlights of the moment were the tribute to hairdresser Edval Carvalho and the delivery of certificates for the Audiovisual course, designed with resources from the Paulo Gustavo Law, demonstrating the community’s commitment to inclusion and development through the visual arts.
