Crato City Hall launches the IPTU 2024 campaign

With the aim of encouraging participatory citizenship that is aware of rights and obligations, the City of Crato, through the Municipal Secretariat of Finance and Planning (SEFINPLAN), launches the Urban Property and Territorial Tax (IPTU) 2024 campaign.

When you contribute to IPTU, the resources collected are converted into benefits for the entire population, increasing the quality of health services, education, security, urban cleaning and in several other areas of the city.

This year, IPTU can be paid in a single installment, until July 10, with a 10% discount. Taxpayers who choose to pay in installments will be able to pay the tax in up to five installments. And payment can also be made by credit card (on the city hall website), pix and bank slip.

With taxpayer participation, municipal management provides greater fiscal balance so that the administration can continue guaranteeing the services provided to the population.

Check out the step-by-step guide on how to issue the IPTU bill:

1 – Access the address: https://servicos2.speedgov.com.br/crato/segunda_via/iptu

2 – Enter the property’s registration or the owner’s CPF/CNPJ;

3 – Select the Single Quota (Instalment 0) or the installments you want to pay and print the invoice.
