On the 8th and 9th of May, the Repentistas Festival will take place, starting at 7pm. The event is free and open to the public.
The stage will be located in front of the equipment at the RFFSA Juazeiro Railway Station – Centro Cultural Daniel Walker, which will be inaugurated this Wednesday, the 8th.
The Festival is part of the Juazeiro do Norte Festival Circuit project, implemented by the current municipal management since September 2023.
This is the second edition of the event, which was first held in November last year, at Praça Padre Cícero.
This year, the event brings on Wednesday, the 8th, the local repentista pairs:

– Nonato Frede and Chico Bandeira
On the second day, Thursday, the 9th, we will have national and regional repentistas:

– Ismael Pereira and Biu Dionísio
– Zé Carlos do Pajeú and Ivanildo Vila Nova
– Agustinho de Oliveira and Francinaldo Oliveira
– Felipe Pereira and Helânio Moreira
