Bacabal City Hall will carry out, through the Finance Department, the re-registration of all taxi service licensees in the municipality.
The measure aims to adapt the concessions of licenses for the taxi service in the Municipality of Bacabal, updating the registration of all taxi service licensees included in the Municipality’s database, in line with the audit activities established through Ordinance no. 169/2024 and the effective verification of active permit holders, as well as the subsequent revocation of inactive permits
Re-registration will be carried out between May 13th and June 13th, 2024, from 8am to 1pm, at the headquarters of the Municipal Finance Secretariat, at Avenida Barão do Rio Branco, no. 108, Taxi drivers who fail to re-register within the period established in the aforementioned decree may have their permit suspended
Interested persons must present a copy of the following documents:
– Identify the passenger support point where the activities are carried out;
– Updated proof of residence of your ownership;
– National Driving License, minimum type B’, updated, with description of paid taxi driver activity;
– Vehicle Registration and Licensing Certificate – CRLV, updated, proving ownership in the name of the permit holder, as well as endorsed by DETRAN as a rental vehicle;
– 01 (one) photo size 3 x 4, updated;
– Declaration from the trade union or associative entity with the length of service provided in the Municipality of Bacabal (if linked to any of these entities);
– Declaration of time spent working as a taxi driver, in case of no connection with a trade union or association,
– Declaration that, if you carry out another paid activity in parallel, this does not prevent you from working as a taxi driver. Single paragraph.

After analyzing the required documents, permit holders are obliged to submit the vehicle for inspection of safety and operational equipment before the Municipal Traffic Department, in the period between May 13th and June 13th, 2024.
