O Kensington Palace was forced to release Kate Middleton’s video – in which she revealed her cancer diagnosis – earlier than expected.
A source revealed to the Daily Mail that the chosen date (March 22) had nothing to do with Easter or the children’s school holidays, as was speculated.
In fact, the palace was contacted beforehand and asked about the Princess of Wales’s diagnosis, which led to the rush of the statement.
It is not known where the information leaked from. One of the possibilities is the London Clinic, where Kate underwent surgery and was hospitalized in January, however this information has not been confirmed.
Remember that in the video Kate, 42 years old, informs that she became aware of the disease through tests she underwent after undergoing an abdominal operation. She is currently undergoing preventative chemotherapy. The type of cancer she is fighting is unknown.
