Ingredients:
3 onions
3 large courgettes, peeled
2 garlic cloves
1 chayote
Green broth cabbage
salt
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation method:
1- In a pan, place the vegetables, previously peeled and broken into pieces.
two- Cover half of the vegetables with water. Season with salt and let it cook for around 25 minutes.
3- Coat the soup base well and season with olive oil.
4- Put it back on the heat and add the green broth cabbage.
5- Let it cook for about five minutes.
