David Carreira showed the most personal side of his life in the documentary “Os Sonhos Não Tem Teto”, shown by SIC in 2021. On the program ‘Júlia’, on the Paço de Arcos station, the singer recalled the recordings that began in 2019.
In the documentary, viewers “they end up discovering that we speak French at home”, as he himself mentioned. Regarding this statement, Julia Pinheiro questioned whether David also speaks French with his son, the little Lucasof one year and two months, as a result of the relationship with Carolina Carvalho.
“I’m trying to talk [com o filho] in French, sometimes Portuguese comes out, a mix, but I would like him to learn French too because he ends up having another language”he responded.

Remember that David Carreira was born in Dourdan, on the outskirts of Paris, thus spending the first ten years of his life in France. When he arrived in Portugal he didn’t know how to speak the language.
