“Where the ego exists, love gives up”

Influencer and fitness muse Gracyanne Barbosa did not like the participation of her ex-husband, singer Belo, on the program Sunday with Huck, from TV Globo. The artist was a guest on the attraction this Sunday, the 28th.

The reason would have been the singer’s silence in the face of comments about their breakup.

“I thought it was beautiful, I was happy, moved and hopeful. Although I truly believe that where there is love, there is hope, I’m not sure if love can withstand so much. Where the ego exists, love gives up. After all, Belo chose to remain silent , when I could have been clear about not being together”, said the fitness muse to the column Splashof UOL.

Gracyanne also criticized presenter Luciano Huck’s speeches. For her, the global made impolite jokes regarding the separation.

“The rest of the program was absurdly rude, a lack of empathy. It was difficult for me to see a colleague of the couple simply ignore the fact that there is pain, that we are real. He preferred to play with it. I really didn’t expect [as brincadeiras sobre a separação]. Luciano has been our friend for years. He doesn’t need it for the sake of it. All that was left was to celebrate,” she said.

The break up

Personal Gilson Oliveira, 42 years old, identified as the pivot of the separation between Belo and Gracyanne, explained that he had an affair with the influencer for six months, between February and August 2023. Internet users didn’t take long to rescue Gracyanne’s publications with statements to the ex-husband during this period, especially a video posted on May 18, when they celebrated 11 years of marriage.

The revelation of the affair between Gilson and Gracyanne came to light after the announcement of the separation of the couple, who had been together for 15 years. The separation had already happened more than 8 months ago, with the two having already gone to court with documentation for divorce.

Belo was emotional during the first show of the Soweto reunion tour, which took place the day after the split was revealed. In an interview with Multishow, the singer said that he only attended the show at Allianz Parque because he loved his work and didn’t want to stop delivering the show to his audience.
