Nuno Markl is infected with Covid-19 and used his Instagram account to update his health status, revealing that he has several symptoms, including “fever, pain, sneezing”, as well as nausea and loss of smell and taste .
“#covintage report: it’s my second Covid (out of fashion, like the first). It’s been excruciating, with everything that failed in the first: in addition to the classic fever, pain, sneezing and coughing, I’ve had some of the most monumental nausea I’ve ever had my life and lost my sense of smell and taste. Which I feel has advantages: the absence of flavor makes everything seem like soap to me, and as I don’t enjoy eating soap I feel that this is the diet that was imposed”, he began by writing.
“The first few hours provoked something new in me: a deep – and fortunately temporary – hatred of, basically, everything. Books, films, music, Lego – everything seemed to me, during a few hours of peak pain, sneezing and nausea, absolutely horrible . To a point where I feared, even though the symptoms were gone, I would remain a fool forever. Fortunately, it didn’t happen. I’m better – although I’m still not well – but I’m not so bad anymore”, concluded the radio host.
