According to nutritionist Ms. Caroline Medeiros, this is the case with foods such as avocado, coconut, pequi, buriti and avocado, which can only enter the diet in small quantities.

She, who is also technically responsible for the UNASP polyclinic, emphasizes that it is necessary to pay attention to which are the least caloric. Certain fruits even have so many few calories which are some of the best foods to eat in large quantities for those who want to lose weight.

Fruits most recommended in the weight loss process

So, what are these low-calorie fruits and which are the best for losing weight? Next, the nutritionist listed those that you can eat without fear of losing weight:

Melon: in 100 g (or two medium slices) there are only 36 kcal, as well as vitamin A and Vitamin C.

Strawberry: versatile for different preparations, 100g of strawberries have only 32 kcal.

Watermelon: helps with hydration, has only 30 kcal per 100g, has lycopene and is a diuretic.

Litter: It has fibers that help with bowel function and vitamin C. It contains around 77 kcal per P unit.

Banana: Very common on Brazilian tables, it can be used in several recipes and contains potassium and fiber that help with satiety. Furthermore, one P unit has around 90 kcal.

Pear: Very tasty and rich in B vitamins and folic acid, pears have only 57 kcal per 100g.

Plum: It helps with the proper functioning of the intestine and is rich in vitamin C, with only 30 kcal per unit.

Papaya: helps with the proper functioning of the intestine and is rich in vitamin A. Furthermore, it has 40 kcal per 100g.

Orange: Rich in fiber, vitamin C and vitamin A, it helps with the absorption of iron and also has 47 kcal in 100g.
